First Day of Holidays

Today is my first official day of my holidays. Woo hoo. I am so excited as I am going to Boston in a couple of weeks.

The weather here has been absolutely glorious. So I am slightly annoyed that it has decided that today is the day that the rain should start. Well it certainly had cooled down the muggy air but pah I can't pretend to want to garden lol.

Congratulations

This is the second card I have made with my clear card stock from PTI. I love it. This is such an elegant card. So bright and colourful. The person who received it loved it. It is so nice to get feedback on your creations.
I cased the design for this from Debbie Olson from PTI. I adored her card and just had to make my own version.

Passion for Papertrey - Single Layer Card

Boy was this a hard challenge to complete. I love adding layers and found this really difficult. I hope it passes as a single layer - I seriously have my doubts. I have kept it quite simple and used my new simply Chartreuse. Love it.

Dad's Card

I kept this simple cause that's the kind of guy my dad is. He is not into a great deal of fuss and likes things to be plain and simple.

All goodies used are from PTI - no surprise there then lol.

Guess the age!

Lets see if the eagle eyed among you can guess the age of the recipient of these goodies?

I tried to be very subtle on this project - NOT! lol

This was made for a work colleague and I just LOVED rubbing it in.

Lesley

p.s. before I get angry messages - there is absolutely nothing wrong with being 40. Its a great age.
