I have to confess that this is a CASE from the PTI blog gallery. I forgot to take a not of who came up with the design. I will try and update the post with the name.
I changed the design slightly. I used clear embossing powder instead of white (just because I don't own white!)
I also left off the buttons because I sometimes have issues with buttons - who knows why. Today is one of those days I guess! I also added a rhinestone to the sentiment. So cute. Who can resist a bit of bling?
