Happy Birthday Card
I used one of the images from my new Tiny Treats Birthday stamp set. Such a cute set.
I used my new die which co-ordinates with the set. I also got to use doilies I got in Michael's during my US trip last summer. I have been hesitant to use them but I am glad I did.

Sympathy Card for Gayle's Gran
My friend had a bad day today as her gran died in the early afternoon. I feel so sad for her. She has had a bad run of things lately.
So I made a card we can send to her from work. I needed to make a bigger card so I used a whole sheet of cardstock which I folded in half. I chose green as an accent colour because its Gayle's favourite colour. I was unsure how to proceed with this card. I like the images from Turning a new leaf but I don't have that set - yet! So I decided to use the CHA set instead.
I am pleased with the result which looks pretty without being too garish. Hopefully I have struck the right balance.
Anyway any questions just ask

Flower Note card set
I made this gift card set different to the last one. I am trying to make things which are more unique! At least that is what I am going to try and do.

Butterfly Notecard Set
I made this set of note cards possibly for next years craft fairs or to put on folksy to sell. Probably the latter - if anyone wants to buy them?
Ok so I used my new PTi stamp set signature series butterflies to stamp the cute butterflies onto white cardstock. I then die cut a butterfly and stamped it with the butterfly image from the set.
I added a strip of matching ribbon and a thanks a million sentiment and I was almost done!
Then I decided I wanted to make the envelopes a bit special. So as you can see from the pics I stamped a matching butterfly on the corner of the envelope.
Loving this stamp set.
Love PTI Sigh

Birthday Gifts
Its my friend Gayle's birthday tomorrow so I made some little gifts to add in with her main pressie which is some fab Molton Brown bath gel - Swoon!
Anyway I made her a felt brooch using my new butterfly dies. I used Raspberry fizz and Chartreuse felt. I added a raspberry fizz button too and stitched it together with black thread for a bit of contrast.
I got lots of lovely new paperclips from my fab friend Dawn in America. So I decided to use one of the green ones - Gayle adores green. SO I again went for a pink and green colour scheme but kept it predominantly green with a hint of pink. I used my background basics polka dot on the white circle before I added the butterfly. I decided to emboss the butterfly instead of stamping on it. I am chuffed with the results.
I also decorated a jar with the pink scallop and used text style with green ink on the white circle. I added a stamped butterfly with rhinestones - gotta love bling! Inside the jar are skittles - another of Gayle's loves :) The pic of the side of the jar was very fuzzy so I will take it again and add it to the post tomorrow.

Baby Elizabeth card
My friend gave birth to her 4th child on boxing day. She was a healthy 8lbs 8oz. She has a thick mop of dark hair. Now my friend has 2 girls and 2 boys.
She is such a cute baby. I got her some really cute outfits including little furry boots for next year. They were adorable.
Anyway I made this card using the button baby bits set. I like how it turned out.

My PInk Stamper Design Team Challenge and Submission
I have been an admirer of the Pink Stamper for over a year now. I love my cricut because of her and also found Papertrey Ink from her videos too.
So I decided I would try out for her design team. I have been using my sweet treats cartridge alot recently so I decided to bring it out again for this challenge.
The challenge is to make something using the cricut with the colours brown, green and pink.
I cut the cone out at 4 inches. I cut the bottom in brown and scored the lines with my scorpal so the cone looks more realistic. I cut my next layer in Hibiscus Burst. The green layer was cut from Simply Chartreuse. The strawberry was cut from Raspberry Fizz (just realised that is quite funny cutting a strawberry from a card called raspberry lol)
I put the cone together and used some stickles to twinkle it up. Bliss :)
I then cut my card using the wild card cartridge. The card cut is the doily card and it was cut out at 5 3/4 inches. The next layer I cut was the circle which was cut in raspberry fizz and was cut using Mini Monograms at 4 1/2 inches. I ran the top of the circle through my cuttlebug with my Swiss dots folder.
I needed to add a bit more green so I cut a strip of simply chartreuse and added it to my pink circle. I then tied a bow with some PTI ribbon.
The sentiment is from the Cupcake Collection from PTI. I need to get me some Pink Stamper Stamps.
The pink needed something to make it stand out from the brown so I cut a white circle out at 4 3/4 inches. They were adhered together then I added them to the card base.
I decided to add some faux stitching with a white gel pen. So cute. I added dimensionals to my cone and added it to my card.
Ta Da
My finished project.
Hope you like it.
I am secretly pleased with it (well not so secretly now I have just told all those who read my blog lol)
